Pier wallet: UX & content design

Situation

pier is a Swiss blockchain startup that set out to solve the usability problem of Web3 wallets and make blockchain accessible and usable for everyone – both for individual users and businesses.

Task

Development of a blockchain wallet software that simplifies complex Blockchain processes such as account recovery or transaction fees, making existing infrastructure Web3 ready.

Approach

User research and UX design including qualitative interviews, personas, user flow. Brand development & content design for different touchpoints. Usability testing for MVP and developed platform.

Result

Development of stand-alone app and Wallet as a service that has been deployed in environments such as a sports tracking app or Europe's biggest hip hop festival.
