Challenge
BOD Care, a health tech company reducing insurance costs through employee health, had multiple co-founders driving different priorities. Trying to balance product development and fundraising simultaneously risked strategic drift and execution delays.
Results
We defined strategic context and business goals, pulled features into prioritized backlog, ranked by impact/effort matrix, mapped rockstar features vs. quick wins. Further, we created 4-month precise roadmap with foundational features first and continuous user testing built in.
