Collidescope’s LA Climate Week is expanding, requiring a strategic approach to optimize resources, enhance attendee experience, and streamline stakeholder coordination. We refined event flow, improved resource allocation, and restructured the website for better information transfer across organizers, partners, and participants.
Challenge
With the event growing in scale, managing logistics, submissions, and attendee engagement required a more structured approach. Existing processes lacked efficiency, leading to potential resource misallocations and communication bottlenecks between stakeholders. Additionally, the event website needed optimization to present critical information more effectively, reducing friction in event submissions and participation.
Results
The optimized strategy improved operational efficiency, ensuring that resources were allocated where they mattered most. The revised website architecture enhanced information clarity, accelerating event submissions and strengthening coordination between stakeholders. By refining both digital and operational workflows, Collidescope is now better equipped to deliver a seamless, impactful LA Climate Week experience.

The reworked site design simplified the event submission process, clarified sponsorship opportunities, and enhanced usability for all participants. Prototyping and testing ensured a seamless digital experience, reinforcing Collidescope’s ability to scale effectively while maintaining a high-quality event experience.
