The digital presence of Saipient, an AI-driven medical productivity tool, did not reflect the maturity of its product or its clinical target audience. The existing website lacked clarity, structure, and credibility, creating friction for doctors evaluating the platform.
Challenge
Stabilize and professionalize the website to communicate value and usability. Improve clarity around a key product capability for clinical users and provide UX direction.
Results
Following the rebuild, the platform showed significant improvements in user engagement. Visitors were substantially more likely to explore the site beyond their initial landing page, with users spending considerably more time engaging with key product pages. Most importantly, the project established a clear UX direction for their core feature, providing the foundation for future product development.
Approach
We rebuilt the website structure and UI to improve clarity, hierarchy, and perceived quality. We facilitated a focused UX workshop around Saipient’s template manager feature to identify usability gaps and surface opportunities for better access and comprehension.
