Siemens sought to transform its internally used energy efficiency platform into a scalable, AI-powered self-service solution. With over 300 dashboards built for engineers, the existing system was too complex for external clients, limiting adoption and usability. Our goal was to simplify and restructure the platform, making energy data more actionable and accessible while enhancing automation and scalability.

The original platform was designed for Siemens’ internal consulting teams, making it difficult for external clients to navigate. With evolving customer demands, Siemens needed a self-service solution that could reduce reliance on manual consulting, automate key insights, and expand the platform’s market reach. The challenge was to consolidate 300+ dashboards into an intuitive, user-friendly experience while preserving critical data and analytics capabilities.

Results

The AI-powered platform launched as a fully functional MVP in just a few months, accelerating Siemens’ go-to-market speed by 150%. The redesign transformed a cumbersome internal tool into a scalable, user-friendly solution, increasing adoption and positioning Siemens as a leader in AI-driven energy management.
